Elle comprend un seul groupe turbine-alternateur. Cette centrale sans personnel a une puissance de 3,6 MW. Elle est command\u00e9e automatiquement par la r\u00e9gulation du niveau des eaux d\u2019amont \u00e0 la prise d\u2019eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On a mis la centrale en service en 1986 et am\u00e9lior\u00e9 les syst\u00e8mes de commande en 1998. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces am\u00e9liorations, le personnel d\u2019exploitation peut continuellement surveiller l\u2019exploitation au moyen du syst\u00e8me SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data trouve sur le bras ouest de la rivi\u00e8re Oswegatchie, dans le village de Harrisville, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le secteur nord-est de la ville de Diana, dans le comt\u00e9 de Lewis. Cette installation a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite \u00e0 l\u2019emplacement de la St. Regis Paper Mill, qui a cess\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s en 1963.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"white\">Cette centrale, qui compte un seul groupe turbine-alternateur, poss\u00e8de une puissance de 1,8 MW. Elle compte un seul groupe turbine-alternateur et sa puissance s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 12,2 MW. Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement d\u2019une centrale sans personnel command\u00e9e automatiquement par la r\u00e9gulation du niveau des eaux d\u2019amont \u00e0 la prise d\u2019eau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le groupe turbine-alternateur de la centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 en 1987. La centrale est exploit\u00e9e \u00e0 distance, mais le site demeure sous surveillance constante gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me SCADA. L\u2019\u00e9quipement de cette centrale hydro\u00e9lectrique dot\u00e9e en personnel permet une commande manuelle ou automatis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"white\">La centrale est entr\u00e9e en service en 1985. Les employ\u00e9s d\u2019exploitation sont sur place quotidiennement pour surveiller en continu les activit\u00e9s de la centrale, qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me SCADA permet de commander \u00e0
